The Journey Toward Sunday

Hi everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful week!  It's hard to believe we're in August already... and I have to admit it's been nice to have a break from the sweltering heat this week so I hope everyone's taking the opportunity to enjoy the slightly cooler weather.

A week later I still find myself remembering the kiddos from Art and Music Camp and what a wonderful experience it was… So, once again, a big thank you goes to everyone who helped make the Art and Music camp happen.  You are awesome!

Friday next week we're headed out to the Baysox game!  I hope you can all make it for an evening at the ballpark.  And I look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday for the worship service and communion!

The scripture readings for this Sunday can be found here and I'd invite you to read through the scriptures and pray with them to prepare yourself for Sunday!
